1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and j8jili Casino ("j8jili," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at j8jili.cam ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any game, or making a financial transaction on j8jili, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the j8jili platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of a company or other legal entity;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of j8jili or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by j8jili or PAGCOR;
• You have not previously had a j8jili account closed for violation of these Terms;
• Online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your specific location at the time of play.

j8jili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of the registration process or during the lifecycle of the account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on j8jili. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, j8jili reserves the right to close all related accounts, void pending transactions, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly should any information change. j8jili may refuse registration or close an existing account if false or misleading information is detected. You are responsible for ensuring your registered mobile number remains active, as j8jili uses this for two-factor authentication, transaction verification, and responsible gaming communications.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j8jili login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. j8jili will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify j8jili's support team of any suspected unauthorised access.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

j8jili is required to conduct identity verification on all registered accounts in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC obligations. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may be restricted from making withdrawals until the process is completed satisfactorily.

4 Deposits & Payments

j8jili accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) exclusively, processed through the following verified payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. j8jili does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts not registered under your name.

Deposits are generally credited to your j8jili wallet in real time upon successful processing by your payment provider. j8jili is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing schedules. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within 30 minutes, you should contact j8jili support with the relevant transaction reference number.

j8jili reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the platform level and, upon player request, at the individual account level as part of its responsible gaming framework. Players may set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within the account settings after successful login.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Verification Requirement

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. j8jili reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether such documentation was previously submitted. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name as the j8jili account holder.

5.2 Processing Times

j8jili endeavours to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 15 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. Processing times may be extended during periods of high withdrawal volume or during security reviews.

5.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are published in the j8jili help centre and may vary based on account verification status and VIP tier. j8jili reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in instalments at its discretion.

5.4 Bonus Balance Restrictions

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is not permitted until wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full. Attempts to withdraw before meeting these requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

j8jili offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while using bonus funds, eligible games, expiry dates, and withdrawal caps.

General conditions applicable to all j8jili promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred between accounts;
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless otherwise specified;
• j8jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, will result in disqualification and account closure;
• Where j8jili identifies that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or through exploitation of a technical error, it reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and any associated winnings.

7 Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on j8jili — including live casino, slots, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and fishing arcade titles — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live human dealers subject to regulatory oversight. Game outcomes are determined independently of player identity, account balance, or bet size.

j8jili publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles in its catalogue. These percentages represent the theoretical long-term payout rate and do not guarantee individual session results. All decisions made by live dealers and outcomes generated by RNG systems are final and binding once a game round has concluded.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round, j8jili's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the round. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a software error, j8jili may, at its discretion, void the round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the j8jili platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, display errors, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players in any game that involves shared outcomes, including live poker and certain side-bet games;
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of sports manipulation in the j8jili sportsbook;
• Conducting transactions that j8jili reasonably suspects are related to money laundering or terrorist financing;

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the j8jili platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the j8jili brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of j8jili or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of j8jili.

The j8jili name, logo, and associated branding elements are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of j8jili's intellectual property, including in connection with phishing websites, fake social media profiles, or counterfeit promotional materials, is a violation of Philippine intellectual property law and these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j8jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

j8jili does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. j8jili will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

j8jili accepts no liability for losses arising from: (a) force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest; (b) third-party payment processor delays or failures; (c) connectivity issues on the player's end, including mobile network outages; or (d) the player's reliance on published RTP figures as a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

12 Termination & Account Closure

Players may request closure of their j8jili account at any time by contacting support via the in-app live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

j8jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — and withhold associated balances pending investigation — where there is a reasonable suspicion of: Terms violations; fraudulent activity; abuse of promotions; money laundering; provision of false identity information; or any other conduct that j8jili determines to be prejudicial to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

In the event of account closure by j8jili for a Terms violation, the player will be notified by email or SMS to their registered contact details. j8jili's decision regarding account closure is final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a game outcome, a transaction, or the application of these Terms, you must first contact j8jili's customer support team via the in-app live chat within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. j8jili will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within seven business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through j8jili's internal support process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using the official complaint channels published on the PAGCOR website. j8jili commits to cooperating fully with any formal regulatory investigation or mediation process initiated by PAGCOR.

Chargebacks initiated directly with your bank or payment provider without first exhausting j8jili's internal dispute resolution process are a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
